BERRY LOVE MOCKTAIL RECIPE

Whether you’re looking to impress this holiday season with a tasty new mocktail, are seeking a healthy alternative to sugar-laden drinks or are reducing your alcohol intake but don’t want to be stuck drinking boring old water, this one is for you!

Here at Lewin Naturopathy, warmer days mean transitioning from cosy cups of tea to refreshing iced teas!

Despite being super tasty, this Berry Love Mocktail Recipe boasts a myriad of health benefits.

The vibrant colour of this uplifting beverage hints at the high amount of antioxidants within it. The antioxidants come from the hibiscus, ginger and rose petals from the Love Tea, as well as from the added berries. Antioxidants are great for boosting energy levels, overall heart health and for glowing skin.

This concoction also contains a healthy dose of vitamin C which is fantastic for giving the immune system a boost, while also keeping our skin looking youthful.

By ditching the sugary soft drinks this summer, you may notice better energy levels, better hydration and clearer skin. It is important to limit the amount of refined sugar you have if you are prone to breakouts. Eating too much can increase the amount of oil our skin produces and can cause acne. By swapping to this delicious mocktail, you won’t look back!
