INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked sweet potato (mashed)
1/3 cup creamy nut butter (peanut / cashew / almond)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 pinch sea salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180c and line a 15 cm x 15 cm brownie pan with baking paper.
In a bowl, combine the sweet potato with nut butter and maple syrup or honey. Stir very well until you get a smooth mixture.
Sift in the cocoa powder, give it a mix and transfer to the prepared brownie pan.
Bake sweet potato brownies in hot oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely at room temperature before slicing and enjoy!
