  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato (mashed)

  • 1/3 cup creamy nut butter (peanut, cashew, almond)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1 pinch sea salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a brownie pan.

  2. Mix sweet potato, nut butter, and maple syrup.

  3. Sift in cacao powder, mix, and transfer to pan.
