Ingredients:
1 cup cooked sweet potato (mashed)
1/3 cup creamy nut butter (peanut, cashew, almond)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 pinch sea salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a brownie pan.
Mix sweet potato, nut butter, and maple syrup.
Sift in cacao powder, mix, and transfer to pan.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
