What You’ll Need:

Most materials are everyday kitchen items! Here’s what to have on hand:
✔️ The 8 herbs listed above (20g of each)
✔️ Medium bowl (for mixing herbs)
✔️ Spoon
✔️ Kettle or hot water
✔️ Tea strainer or teapot
✔️ Measuring cup (¼ cup, ½ cup & 1 cup)
✔️ Glass jar (Mayver’s peanut butter jar size or larger is perfect)
✔️ Sticker or label (to name your blend)

🌟 No worries if you’re missing anything! You can still follow along and make your tea afterwards. Plus, a workshop recording will be sent to you so you can revisit the process anytime or watch the replay if you're not able to attend live..
