Join the tea party with local Naturopath Maddie of Lewin Naturopathy at the Wheel of Life Studio in Brunswick Heads for a day full of herbalism, connection and lots of tea!

JOIN THE TEA PARTY:

Treat yourself and possibly a loved one to a wholesome morning at the Wheel of Life Studio in Brunswick Heads, tuning into the delights of natural medicine.

Sit around the table and learn all about the 10 organic, medicinal herbs from Naturopath, Herbalist and Herbal Tea Blend crafter, Maddie Lewin. You are encouraged to engage your senses by looking at and smelling each of the 10 herbs as you learn about them, before you making your very own herbal tea blend.

Learn about the medicial properties of each herb, as well as the art of formulating your own bespoke herbal tea blend. Once you have constructed your tea blend formula, the fun begins and you can get crafting your tea blend!

This will be an intimate affair of up to 15 attendees to ensure that everyone has the chance to ask Maddie questions about the herbs and to each make their perfect bespoke tea blend. Secure your seat at the table, as we sold out our last workshop.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

  • Education from a qualified Naturopath about 10 organic dried herbs

  • A booklet to take home with information on each herb, the tea-making process, & a herbal medicine glossary

  • 1x custom tea blend (approximately 30 serves)

  • Metal tea infuser

ABOUT LEWIN NATUROPATHY:

Maddie is the founder of Lewin Naturopathy and will be running the Herbal Tea Workshop. She is clinical naturopath, herbalist and lover of all thing plants and tea. Maddie has thoughtfully curated her own Organic Herbal Tea line with teas for sleep, digestion, skin and more. Her ultimate passion to bringing the knowledge and wisdom of herbal medicine back into our everyday lives and making it accessible to everyone.

Some nibbles will be provided and be gluten free, dairy free and vegan. Please let us know of any food allergies.
