Join the tea party with local Naturopath Maddie of Lewin Naturopathy at the Mystik River Gallery in Melbourne’s CBD for a day full of herbalism, connection and lots of tea!

JOIN THE TEA PARTY:

Treat yourself and possibly a loved one to a wholesome afternoon in the city, tuning into the delights of natural medicine. Learn the process behind formulating a herbal tea blend that tastes delicious and has a specific medicinal purpose. Maddie will talk through the 10 different organic dried herbs that you will be able to choose from, discussing their medicinal benefits, taste and energetics. She will then run through the process of selecting the right balance of herbs to create the perfect herbal tea blend. With a qualified Naturopath there to guide and assist you, you will then select 3-6 herbs to use to make your very own custom tea blend. This will be an intimate affair of up to 8 attendees to ensure that everyone has the chance to ask questions about the herbs and to each make their perfect bespoke tea blend.


WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

- Education from a qualified Naturopath about the 10 organic dried herbs

- Workshop booklet with extensive information on each herb and the tea making process

- 1x Custom tea blend with high quality organic herbs


Some nibbles and plenty of herbal tea will be provided. Please let us know of any food allergies prior to the event.
